Launching our own laboratory was an essential emphasize on superior quality in company’s production plan.
As we were expanding and our interaction with international parties were growing we had to maintain our quality and performance of products in compliance to international standards. So in 2011 BSP’s lab established to control all the raw materials before entering the production line and comparing them with defined standards. If only the result satisfy the quality control department, then mass production will be begin.
After the production has been completed, once again the finished product will be tested and will go through the several examination to ensure about quality and performance.
In testing procedure several tools and equipment are being used as listed below:
– Furnaces, to test the material’s ashes.
– Oven to test the moisture content of recycled materials
– Electrical scales with accuracy of gr 001/0
– Industrial Heater for testing the water content in the oil and raise the temperature of the material
– Tensile Machine for stress and Elongation test.
– Abrasion test machines.
– Hardness test machine.
All laboratory equipment are calibrated and tests carried out in accordance with ASTM standards. However with customer request test can be done in a third accredited laboratory.
